So, I got a new school computer several years ago and never installed TS2 on it, left all my games home to go to school. Today I finally gathered all my expansions and everything together, I opened The Sims 2: Double Deluxe (includes original game, Nightlife and Celebration! Stuff), only to discover that both disks are gone, only the bonus DVD. Turns out my sister had used them while I was gone (can't blame her now, it was a few years ago) and now they are gone. I am also missing the Disk 1 to my Seasons expansion. I honestly have no hopes of finding these. She's gotten a new computer since then, and so have I. Plus, knowing her habits, I wouldn't doubt that if she found it all scratched in her room she would just throw it out.

For both of these though I have the case and the pamphlet with the serial key on it. Is there any way I could download the game and run it without a cd? I have the whole Pets expansion, so I can install that on top of my double deluxe pack and use that CD, but then the Seasons one is newer, so it will want that Disc 1, which I don't have. I have a few other packs, so maybe one of those will use its cd on top of the seasons one. I'm not sure.

I'm pretty heartbroken. My boyfriend just bought me Sims 3 and I don't love it at all, in fact it's really irritating me. Plus my computer seems incapable of running it and it's awful. I wanted to get my Sims 2 magic back and now I'm crushed. ANY help would be so amazing.
